Thomas J. Mohan, Principal

Thomas J. Mohan’s practice is focused on assisting clients with wealth preservation and wealth transfer planning. He designs estate and business plans to minimize transfer taxes and to provide optimum protection for the client’s heirs. The ultimate goal is to keep the family assets in the family. Frequently these plans involve a strategic transfer of a family-owned business. When business ownership transfers to the next generation, Tom employs creative approaches to maximize flexibility and design a plan which is equitable for all the client’s intended heirs.
